Muah AI Alternatives 2026: Beyond the $9.99 Promo

The $9.99 Sticker and the $19.99 Underneath

Muah AI's Basic VIP storefront shows $9.99 a month in big type, with $19.99 crossed out right next to it. Its own plan-selection page starts at $19.99. That gap is where I'd start asking whether this is worth your time, and what the same money buys somewhere else.

First, some credit, because Muah doesn't phone it in. You can edit a character's personality and appearance descriptions, and you can browse and import characters the community has built. Chats cover text, voice, photos and video. ULTRA VIP adds real-time phone calls, and there's a browser demo you can try without signing in.

So Muah isn't bad. The real question comes once the promo is gone and you're paying $19.99: does that money keep one character consistent across chat, photos and video?

That question is why this piece ends at GoLove.ai. Ask for a photo inside the chat and the same face comes back. Its Series also lets you watch a character in a short drama before you ever message her.

What Muah gets right:

• Community character browsing and importing
• Editable personality and appearance descriptions
• Text, voice, photos and video, plus real-time calls on ULTRA VIP
• A browser demo with no sign-in required

What Happens When You Ask Her for a Photo Mid-Chat

Here's how the flow works, using only what GoLove's chat actually offers.

You pick a girl from Explore and the chat opens. Before you've made an account, her first photo is already sitting there. The next one is blurred behind a lock and a Sign Up button (a tease, yes, but an honest one, since you've seen what she looks like).

Once you're in, tap the media button, choose Send Photo and describe the scene in your own words: the outfit, the room, the mood. About 20–45 seconds later she comes back in that scene, for 1 Star, with a face and body that match her avatar and her earlier photos. That consistency is the killer feature here. It's what a switcher is really shopping for.

Want motion? Under the photo sits Generate Video. One tap, about a minute, and you get a ~5-second clip of that same scene for 10 Stars.

A few settings shape the conversation itself:

• Quick-reply chips such as "Send me a sexy video" sit right in the chat
• Lust level in Chat Settings runs across 5 steps, from sweet to unfiltered
• Response length has 5 steps too, from short and snappy to rich and immersive

Why open one now: that first photo is visible before you sign up. You can judge whether she's your type before you spend a single Star.

• Candy AI is the cheapest way in on annual billing, and it adds a deep character builder and Live Action video.
• Nomi is the memory pick, with a cheaper annual plan than GoLove.
• Muah keeps the community library and the no-sign-in demo.

GoLove's column is the one built around asking the same character for a photo mid-chat, then turning that photo into a clip with one tap. Add a Series to watch first, and you have a loop we couldn't confirm at any of the other four. If continuity is what you're after, that's an easy yes.

Watch an Episode, Then Message Its Star

GoLove's Series launched on 2026-10-10: short 18+ vertical dramas in the ReelShort format, and every star is a GoLove character. As of 2026-10-12 there were 5 series and 32 episodes, and GoLove says new episodes arrive every week.

Each episode runs 60–100 seconds at 9:16. Subtitles come in English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Czech, Russian and Ukrainian.

Two titles show the range:

• "My Professor Locked the Door," starring Jessica (@HotlineJess) and Daisy (@sugarwater)
• "I Can Hear Their Thoughts," starring Barbara (@dixie) and Melissa (@melissdelish)

Access is tiered. Episodes 1 and 2 of every series are free, even without an account; from episode 3 on, a free account needs PRO, and PRO members unlock each further episode for a few Stars.

The episode ends, and the woman you were watching is one tap away from your chat.

That's what lifts Series above a side feature. Under the player you get four buttons: Follow Series, Start Chatting with the cast, Create Video and Create Image. Tap someone in the cast list and her profile opens, and from there it's straight into a chat with her.

Create Video drops you into the generator with that character already loaded. Pick preset cards for action, clothes and background, then tap Generate. Or switch to Custom Video and render at 480p, 720p or 1080p. There are 147 video modes in total, 76 of them realistic.

No blank prompt to stare at, either. The show already introduced her.

What a Month on GoLove.ai Actually Costs in Stars

Back to the sticker. Here's what GoLove's plans list, and what each action costs once you're inside.

• PRO: about $19.99/month, or $119.88/year (~$9.99/month). It includes all NSFW content, character creation, voice messages and calls, unlimited Feed, image generation and 100 Stars a month.
• ULTRA: about $59.99/month or $359.88/year. It adds more monthly Stars, a discount on Star refills, stronger models, 8,000-message memory and priority creation.
• Star packs: from 30 Stars at $9.99 up to 3,000 Stars at $299.99.

The per-action costs are simple:

• 1 image costs 1 Star.
• A photo-to-video in chat costs 10 Stars.
• A 720p video from the generator costs 10 Stars.

Do the math and PRO's 100 monthly Stars cover 100 photo requests, or 10 clips, or any mix in between. My take: photos are the cheap action, and they're also where most of a companion's day-to-day value sits, so the allowance stretches further than it first looks.

New visitors also see a "−70% first subscription" banner, which GoLove marks as limited-time. No end date is shown.

For contrast, Muah's $9.99 is a displayed promo against $19.99, Candy meters media with tokens, and OurDream uses DreamCoins. In each of those cases, the headline subscription price isn't the whole story.

What GoLove.ai gives you:

• Live voice calls and voice messages
• She remembers your chat history
• Photos on request in the chat
• Image generator with 35 realistic poses and 21 outfits
• 2 reward stars every day you log in

What We Couldn't Verify at GoLove.ai or Muah Yet

A few things we couldn't pin down, and listing them is fairer than guessing.

At GoLove.ai, we could not confirm:

• Free accounts: what they can do beyond the 2 daily reward Stars, a limited daily Feed and Series episodes 1–2. We couldn't confirm the daily Feed count either.
• The exact Star price per locked Series episode over time
• ULTRA's monthly Star amount
• How long the −70% new-user offer runs

On Muah's side, we could not confirm its annual or higher-tier prices, or whether the $9.99 offer applies to every account. For Nomi, we could not confirm current free quotas.

Picking GoLove also means giving two things up:

• Muah's community character importing
• A lower yearly bill. Nomi's and Candy's annual plans both cost less than GoLove's $119.88.

Neither is a dealbreaker if what you want is the same face in every photo she sends. The pick rests on the photo-and-video loop and the posted plan prices, and those hold up.

If I Were Leaving Muah This Week

If I were leaving Muah this week, I'd stop staring at the sticker and ask what I actually open the app for.

• Stay on Muah if community character imports and real-time calls on ULTRA VIP are why you're there.
• Pick Nomi if layered long-term memory and a cheaper annual plan matter most.
• Candy AI has the lowest annual price in the table, which settles it if budget leads.

Prices checked 2026-10; promos vary.

But say what you want is one character who sends photos of herself when you ask, and you'd like to watch her show before you ever message her. Then my recommendation is plain: GoLove.ai, for three concrete reasons:

• In-chat photo requests keep her face from one photo to the next.
• One-tap photo-to-video is there when a photo deserves motion.
• Series gives you a way to meet her before the first message.

That's time well spent, not a promo you'll regret in month two.

The quickest test is to build her yourself. Open Create and pick Realistic, Anime or Trans, or describe her in up to 2,000 characters with Design with AI. In about a minute you'll have a named girl with her own @handle, a bio and a portrait, ready to send you her first photo.
